Dr Lisa Kelly Retirement

After 32 years in the NHS and as a GP I have decided to retire from medical practice in early June this year.

Yelverton Surgery has been a fantastic place to work for the past 13 years because of the amazing teamwork and dedication from all our staff at every level. It has been a real privilege to be involved with caring for all of our patients and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support over years.

I am certainly not retiring from life and have lots of creative ideas for my next chapter, many of which are art, garden and plant related!

Dr Veronika Kuznets will be joining Yelverton Surgery in June as a partner and patients currently registered with me will be moved over to her.

PPE donations

The team at Yelverton Surgery are incredibly grateful to those who have kindly donated to keeping us safe and working. Also for the displays of support for our wonderful Health Service. We have received visors from Plymouth College, Moor Hearing and Shields4Heros. Thank you to you all. Please can we take this opportunity to ask that you continue to follow Government and Health Service advice, stay at home except for essential travel and keep your community safe.

Santa Fun-run

Staff and their families from Yelverton Surgery donned their Santa suits to raise money for CHICKS children's charity in December. Tavistock's annual Santa fun run raised almost £4000 this year. The money will enable vulnerable young people to attend much needed respite breaks.
